BOMA Nashville We are the Nashville chapter of the International Building Owners and Managers Association. Come network with us! BOMA luncheons are free for registered members.

We aim to actively and responsibly represent and promote the interests of the commercial real estate industry. BOMA NASHVILLE is the Nashville chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association. The purpose of the Building Owners and Managers Association is to actively and responsibly represent and promote the interests of the commercial real estate industry through effective leadership and a

dvocacy, through the collection, analysis and dissemination of information, and through professional development. Our monthly meetings are a luncheon held on the second Wednesday of each month at Maggianos on West End in Nashville. Attending BOMA Luncheons is a great way to get involved in the association. Each luncheon features a speaker of interest to the commercial real estate industry. Luncheons also provide members with an opportunity to network with others engaged in the industry through an informal setting. An RSVP is required each month. To attend a luncheon, you must be a registered member or be invited as a guest by a member. The fee for guests to attend is $35.00. Guests may attend twice a year and a reservation including the guest name must be made below by a current member.
