Here's something most people don't think about after an accident: insurance adjusters check social media. 👀

A single photo — even an old one, even one that looks totally innocent — can be used to argue you're not really hurt or downplay your claim.

A few rules of thumb after any accident:
🚫 Don't post photos that make you look active or "fine"
🚫 Don't discuss the accident, injuries, or who was at fault
🚫 Don't post claim or settlement details
🚫 Don't check in or tag your location
🚫 Better yet — go private and post nothing until your case is resolved

Even with a center turn lane, TN law says both directions stop for a bus with its lights flashing and arm out. Only a real median (grass, barrier) changes that.
