The Tennessee Supreme Court has suspended in-person court proceedings except in very specific emergency situations. Our office is also limiting in person contact with our clients and following Mayor Cooper’s “Safer at Home” Order. However, we are checking our telephone messages and emails several times a day and are returning the calls as quickly as we can. We are happy to help with any of your legal issues or questions as best we can under the circumstances. Please feel free to reach out if there is anything with which you need assistance. There are many things that can be handled online due to the crisis. We will be back and fully operational as soon as those in charge deem it safe to do so. Our prayers are with all of our clients as we all navigate these strange times together.

Today is our last day in the Germantown office. It has been a wonderful 10 years in this location and we will miss this old house and our wonderful neighbors. But we are also looking forward to the next adventure. We are relocating to the Batten and Shaw Building on Music City Circle over by Opryland Hotel. There is plenty of free parking and you won't have to fight downtown traffic to get to us. Our email addresses and phone number will remain the same. Our offices will be closed on Monday and Tuesday as we get set up but we should be open for business on Wednesday, August 15. Come see us!

Although the birth mother is enrolled in the Cherokee Nation, the birth father is not and neither birth parent grew up following tribal traditions or participating in tribal events, the lawsuits says.
