🎙️ New episode of BarBuzz is out now! In recognition of National Treatment Court Month, this episode highlights the critical work of Tennessee’s recovery courts, mental health courts and veterans treatment courts. We were joined by Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals Judges Tim Easter, Tom Greenholtz, Steven Sword and Stacy Street for a discussion on accountability, rehabilitation, and long-term recovery in Tennessee’s justice system.

The judges share insights from their experiences in prosecution, private practice, education and on the trial bench, and break down how treatment courts operate, the role attorneys play in supporting participants, and the challenges and successes of recovery-focused programs.
