ما هي الدفعه الأولي ؟؟ كم المبلغ المطلوب دفعه عند الشراء لأول مرة كدفعه اولي ؟؟

الدفعه الأولي : هي المبلغ الذي تدفعه مقدماً عند شراء منزل🏡

الحد الادني للدفعه الأولي يعتمد علي نوع القرض💰
3% Conventional loan ( القرض التقليدي)
3.5% FHA loan

مثال إذا كان سعر المنزل 400,000
3% =12,000
3.5% =14,000

ليس من الضروري دفع 20% لشراء بيت رغم ان دفع 20% يساعد علي تجنب تأمين الرهن العقاري (PMI) في معظم الأحيان و بالتالي خفض القسط الشهري .

كل مشتري ظروفه تختلف، لذلك لا توجد دفعة أولى مناسبة للجميع. أفضل خيار يعتمد على ميزانيتك وأهدافك في شراء المنزل.
