Professional photography. Open houses. Marketing. Showing coordination. Those are all important parts of selling a home - and they’re included in our flat-fee listing service.

But we believe the biggest value comes from something less visible:

Knowing how to position a home in the market.
Knowing how to negotiate.
Knowing how to identify and solve problems.

At Alchemy, we don’t believe every seller should have to pay for a long list of additional services they may never use.

Need help coordinating painters, cleaners, landscapers, or other pre-listing projects? We’re happy to help. But those services should be available when you need them, not automatically built into your commission.
