Huge congratulations to my lovely buyers on their new purchase in Pelham NH.
This one was an easy yes and a smooth transaction after looking for over 6 months.

As seasoned house hunters they traveled to May open houses themselves and many with me by their side and this one just checked (almost) all the boxes😍 sometimes there has to be some give on those little things but don ever settle for less than that big picture goal!
