Four years ago today, we unlocked the door to our little storefront and welcomed our first customers into SHIFT.
What started as a pop-up inside our beloved American Family Market grew into this space—a place to refill, reuse, learn, connect, and take small steps toward a lower-waste lifestyle together.
Over the past four years, you've helped us keep our 85,000 containers out the landfill, supported hundreds of small makers, attended workshops and events, and proven that sustainable living can be approachable, practical, and joyful.
SHIFT has grown into so much more than a refill shop. Together, we've built a community around thoughtful consumption, local makers, secondhand treasures, and the belief that small actions really do add up.
