Richard A. Fisher joined the law firm of Hoeffel, Funkhouser, Short and Hanna as an associate attorney in May, 1979, and has been serving Henry and the surrounding counties since then. Richard joined as partner in the law firm, now known as Hanna & Fisher, in 1981. In 2019 Richard became the senior attorney and sole owner of Hanna & Fisher Law Firm after the retirement of the last partner, John H. Hanna. Richard's practice continues to be very general in nature, he is currently practicing Elder Law, Probate and Estate Planning, Family Law, Business Relationships, Real Estate, Landlord-Tenant Law, Collections, Banking Law, Consumer Rights Law, Personal Injury and Mediation.
