Ayah represents businesses and individuals in a variety of matters, including construction litigation, commercial litigation, and employment litigation. She joined the firm’s Litigation practice in June 2025.
Prior to joining the firm, Ayah served as a criminal defense trial attorney in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, representing clients in both state and federal courts. She is licensed to practice law in Florida, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.

Ayah earned her bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, cm laude, from Florida Gulf Coast University and her Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law.
