Wow what a Price. You couldn’t build this home with all the bells and whistles right now, for $2,195,000 to own a unique property like 270 Logan Blvd on 2.5 acres I can personally appreciate.
The amount of detail that the owner put into this property I put into mine as well.
He brought in 30 truck loads of fill and then planted the sod for the entire back yard which on 2.5 acres cost a fortune, not to mention the fill. I just brought in 23 loads on my home and it tripled from when this seller did this. Just wow what an opportunity!!!
