So grateful. So proud. So ready to exhale.
This prep pushed me to my edges—physically, mentally, emotionally. Figure is a beautiful sport, but it demands extremes: precision, discipline, and sometimes a level of neurotic focus that can quietly take over if you’re not careful.

Endless appreciation for my IFBB Pro Coach Hope Gonzalez -her steady guidance, honesty, and belief in me kept me grounded when the noise got loud. Thank you for seeing the athlete and the human. 

Now it’s time to detox- body and mind….to release the hyper-control and constant self- assessment.

Proud of the work.
