The yearly letter to our clients is out in the mail. We held it up past our usual January mailing because of the pending action in the legislature regarding increasing the homestead exemption. However we could not wait any longer so it's out in the mail clients will be receiving it in the near future.

We have been holding up our New Year's letter to find out what's going to happen with the homestead exemption in Florida. No matter what we're going to send it out in a few days because either legislature is going to deal with it in the next couple of days or they'll have to have a special session and we won't wait for that. You will be soon hearing from us

Yesterday representing the victim in a murder case the defendant was sentenced to life's in prison. And it's a message to anyone out there who's female who may think of committing crimes and going to prison there are only three women's prisons in Florida two in Ocala and one in Quincy and none of them have inmate air conditioning. Same is true of most men's prisons in Florida.

I was at the old Naples association this morning at Tony's on 3rd Street. And I was just in front of the county commission being recognized for helping on the east at 9:51 committee and now being a part of the Golden gate estates planning committee. Got lots of hearings and clients to see this week. Our New Year letter will be out shortly. Remember a lot of good tax changes because of the big beautiful bill.
