This one meant a lot to me.
The Lange family was referred to me by past clients, which is still the best compliment I can get. They were in Germany the entire time, so they were trusting me with everything from 5,000 miles away.
Before we ever listed, I was out there myself with kyle and our referral partner jan digging out old bushes, picking up and planting new ones, and spreading mulch. Then we staged the home and took care of the inspection items up front so nothing would surprise us later. That prep paid off. We got a very good price and a smooth closing, which we did virtually through remote online notarization since they couldn’t fly in.
If you’re selling from out of state or overseas, this is a big part of what we do. We know the FIRPTA process, we have the vendors lined up, and we know how to keep things moving when you can’t be here in person.
