Well we finally did it🤣 this deal by far was one of the most challenging! Thankfully I have amazing buyers and we prevailed;) After 60 days of delays they are officially closed and homeowners for a second time. We also managed to get a pretty awesome motorcycle included in this deal. 🎉Congrats on this next chapter and I am so thankful you trusted me to help you again, even from far away! I can’t wait to see how this home turns out after the renovations.

When the VA appraiser says repairs have to be made, yet seller doesn’t want to do them to close…We make it happen! Craig & I spent the last two days in Ocala helping some of my buyers fix these so we can close on time! I absolutely love what I do & I love seeing the sweat equity that goes into these properties! It’s going to be amazing once it’s done;)
