This home was a special one. It’s unusual to find 6 developed acres so close to town and it was already set up for horses. We listed it for 2.2 million, but the comps were hard because there are not properties like it to compare values to. We had prospective buyers submitting offers all over the place (a 500k swing). I cannot count the amount of times a buyer tried to rationalize their low offer to me. I believed in our listing and the seller trusted the process. We ended up getting a full price offer and a full price back up offer. I am so happy for the buyer here. Sometimes you just know the house is right for the buyer and this was one of those times.
