This is long overdue for the residents of Ave Maria!

OASIS The Kitchen Lounge opened March 10 in Ave Maria Town Center. The full-service restaurant and bar feature a menu of small bites, salads, pasta, poke bowls, burgers, steaks, seafood and classic cocktails.
OASIS The Kitchen Lounge is a joint venture between Ave Maria residents and restaurateurs Phong Ho and Michael Jaenvega. Jaenvega is the longtime chef-owner of Martin Fierro steakhouse in Naples. Phong Ho was the franchisee of Teriyaki Madness, the Asian fusion restaurant chain that previously occupied the space where OASIS opened. He also operates the Tropical Smoothie Cafe next door.
The goal was to create an environment that incorporates elements that represent an oasis where guests can escape, said Jorge Arroyo, interior designer of the restaurant. The 2,500 square-foot restaurant will seat nearly 100 patrons inside with outdoor patio seating for up to 60 patrons. Guests are able to scan a QR code on the table to order which allows for faster service and checkout.
OASIS The Kitchen Lounge, 5072 Annunciation Circle, Suite 103, is open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. On Fridays and Saturdays, the owners are planning to keep the bar area open until 11 p.m. with a limited menu.
