Philip Nathe began working within the DuPage County Criminal Court system as a courtroom clerk more than 30 years ago. Attorney Nathe then moved on to become a probation officer within the same court system while completing his legal education at night. After graduating from law school, he became an assistant prosecutor for the DuPage County State Attorneys' Office. He began practicing criminal de
fense in 1990 and founded the Law Office of Philip R. Nathe in 1994. Providing exceptional criminal defense services has been our mission since 1994. Attorney Philip Nathe utilizes all of the experience he gained as a clerk, probation officer and prosecutor in defending clients in court and protecting their rights to the fullest extent the law provides. In addition to using his experience to provide a superior criminal defense service to clients, Attorney Nathe has also used that experience to help educate others. He served as an adjunct professor at the College of DuPage for eight years teaching criminal justice courses. During the three decades Philip Nathe has been involved in the DuPage County Court system, he has built a reputation for providing effective criminal defense strategies for his clients.
