Our services for associations include, but are not limited to, collection of past due assessments, covenant enforcement, courtroom litigation (including developer liability), revision of and amendments to by-laws and declarations, attendance at regular monthly as well as annual Board meetings, corporate and contract matters. We also assist in the turnover of associations from developers, and conversion projects.
