Real Estate was the family business and the one I rebelled against in my youth. If I knew then what I know now, I would have listened to my mother. Donโt we all say that at some point in our adult lives? Well, yes she was right! Iโm good at Real Estate, and I love it! Working with people and customer service makes me happy. Going above and beyond peopleโs expectations, is what I do this for. Making life long friends, being my own boss, and traveling with my kids add to my lists of why I love my job. My clients become my friends, and that is a gift within itself. At a young age I was shown how important home ownership was. It allows for a diverse asset portfolio, gives a place to store your money that you canโt easily spend and it continues to grow in value with time. Home ownership is an investment into your future, your kids future and the legacy you leave behind. I have discovered some niche markets that I have enjoyed studying and venturing my business into. Probate is one of special importance to me because the emotions involved are delicate, and it takes a compassionate and patient agent to deal with that in the right way. Staging is also of particular interest, and I couldnโt be more excited about it. The option to my clients to better market their homes for less, is the driving force behind this venture. Staging is proven to increase the sales price in real estate. This is why I have added it to the service I provide.
