The principal, Dan Gianuzzi, graduated from the University of Oregon in 1993 with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting. He started working for Moss Adams, LLP, one of the largest accounting firms in the Country in 1991 as a CPA candidate. In 1994, he passed the CPA exam in Oregon and remained with the firm until 1996 specializing in tax, audit and consulting. He moved on from public

accounting to the private sector until 2001 when he started a business in floor covering and remodeling. Dan has a passion for small to medium businesses in either a start-up or growth phase. He also enjoys working with people and coaching businesses. Andre’s experience has covered construction, forest products, various retail, medical practices, manufacturing, service industries, farming and ranching. Andre has also owned and operated a transportation Company in the 1980’s, cattle, hog and poultry operation in the Treasure Valley.
