After finally having some time to reflect on one “entire whole year” under this banner (two months late…) the process of trying to build something uniquely different and doing so in an authentic way are at the heart of our firm. Cultivating it all through trust, mutual respect, honesty, and a shared “mission” (for lack of a better word) as our foundation will endure.

Life and this profession have a way of balancing over time, especially when *that* is the focus…and that in and of itself has a remarkable way of revealing its own rewards.

As we jump head-first into our second year in this adventure we intend to continue to do our best and to invest in our people and our community.

Thank you to all who have been and continue to be a part of this journey, and who have invested their time and trust in us. The best is yet to come!
