Looking for an agent in Bushkill, PA for listing referral. Agent's home or office must be close to the house as seller will need help with paperwork. It'll be a short sale managed by Short Sale Connection. Total commission paid is 6%, so 3% on seller side. We charge 30% (on seller side).
