Everybody keeps telling me the market is uncertain.

Four closings this month. Just over $4.3 million so far. So I’d push back on that a little.

The right house at the right number still moves. A house priced on hope sits there until the seller gets tired of it. That’s most of what I’m seeing right now.

38 years building homes. Hundreds of agents across the table.

That is the context behind this one, and it is why it means as much as it does. When someone has spent nearly four decades on the construction side, they know exactly what good representation looks like and exactly where most of it falls short.

Just SOLD!

I am very grateful to have had the privilege to represent the sellers on this beautiful home. One of the highest sales per square foot without a pool in Palermo Grande Dunes.

The closing is the shortest part of this business.

Thirty days, maybe forty-five. Then the file goes away.

The house doesn’t. Neither does the person who bought it.

That roofline still has to hold up in year twelve. That individual is still living with the decision we made together on a Tuesday afternoon.

So I don’t build my work around the closing date. I build it around the two things that outlast it: the asset itself, and the relationship with the person who owns it.

It’s a slower way to work. It’s also the only way I know how.

Since joining SERHANT., my average price point has grown 72.9% since 2024 and growing…Craft plus patience, in a business that runs on marketing plus urgency.
