About Us

The Turner Vaught Companies are located in Myrtle Beach, SC. We help improve the financial lives of our clients. We operate a bankruptcy law firm, an accounting (tax preparation) firm, and a tax resolution firm. We are focused on providing excellent customer service and believe going above and beyond is standard operating procedure.

Schedule of Hours:
📅 Monday - Thursday
🕰️ 8:30 am - 2:30 pm
🚪 Closed all Federal Holidays
❗️ Tax Season (January 15 - April 15) requires additional hours

Duties:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide general administrative support such as scanning, filing, and faxing
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
- Lead and Client data entry into CRM software
- Timely follow-up with leads including outbound phone calls, emails, and text messages
- Maintain office supplies and ensure office is well-stocked

Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and proofreading

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
