Congrats to Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson on joining the United States Supreme Court! It is a historic event and, hopefully, appointment based upon merit, regardless of s*x, religion, color, and orientation, will go from being the exception to being the rule.

Ketanji Brown Jackson, President Biden's first Supreme Court pick, has been sworn in as the 116th justice. She is the first Black woman to serve on the nation's high court.

Public Service Announcement:

If you do not already have it, be sure to add "uninsured motorist coverage" or "UM" and "medical payments coverage" or "med-pay" to your automobile insurance policies!

Uninsured motorist coverage is there to help you in cases wherein you are in a collision with another driver who either has no insurance or does not have enough insurance to fully compensate you for your injuries/damages.

Medical payments coverage will pay your medical bills up to the policy limits if you are injured in your vehicle - regardless of who is at fault for those injuries.

Protect yourself and your family! If you don't, no one else will.

The Supreme Court said a huge swath of Oklahoma is Native American land for certain purposes, siding with a Creek Nation man who challenged his r**e conviction by state authorities.

A couple of housekeeping issues:

Kristy and I are working remotely because I'm a techno nerd and cool and stuff. But, we have access to all files and are still working for our clients and looking to help new ones!
(2) I hope that all of my fellow Americans, fellow Oklahomans are being safe and being smart in these very unusual and, hopefully, very rare times. Wash your hands. Cover your face when you cough or sneeze. Do not stand within 6 feet of others who are not in your home with you 24/7. If you happen to be out and about for food, etc., be smart. Do not stand too close to others. Do not walk ANYWHERE near where someone was just coughing or sneezing.

Be safe. Be smart.
