Here at Legacy Real Estate Partners, we do things a little differently. We know this project is unique, but when we looked at our local community and saw families struggling alongside vacant homes in our neighborhood, we felt a deep responsibility to take action.

Through our partnered nonprofit, Lakeshore Legacy Project, we’ve launched The Legacy Home Initiative! Our mission? To acquire a vacant home in Muskegon Heights, completely renovate it from floor to ceiling at ZERO cost, and donate it free of charge to a deserving local family. No profits, no gimmicks, just our community coming together to change a life.
