AUDITING: You walk in, you let the hologram play and watch. When you see glitches you do not interact, maintain composer. You keep watching and watching and watching until it goes into glitch overload. That is when you contact the makers and say FIX IT. They fix it and we all move on. There are few glitches that try zapping back which shows how bad the algorithm has become, thus a total shutdown. 30 years of observing, the government is now in full shutdown mode. Reset imminent.
