Statute of Limitations. Three words that can end your injury case before it even begins. A woman recently called me with a tragic case involving her deceased mother. Staff at a chemo clinic had allowed her port to become infected with staph. When the woman told me her mother had passed in February ‘21, my gut wrenched.
