AB 1421 just moved through the California Assembly — and it lays the groundwork to tax you for every mile you drive.

This isn't a "study." The bill directs the state to design a mileage tax system and report back by January 2027 with a plan to implement it.

Sound familiar? SANDAG tried the same thing in San Diego County. We rallied together and shut it down.

Now Sacramento wants to do it statewide.

A mileage tax means tracking how far you drive — and charging you per mile ON TOP of gas taxes, registration fees, sales taxes, and local transportation taxes.

California doesn't have a revenue problem. It has a spending problem.

We stopped it once. We stop it again — NOW, before it's locked in.
