We service senior centers, Assisted Living Centers, Adult Care Facilities and Hospitals and provide Notary and Fingerprinting Services to local Jails and Prisons with all of their notarization and fingerprinting needs.

I am a seasoned, mobile signing agent listed in the National Fidelity Notary Database and am certified with the National Notary Association. I have been commissioned in the state of CA for over 20 years. I am certified to complete In-Person Electronic Notarizations. I accept e-docs, have a dual tray laser printer and scan capabilities.

I have experience with various home loans: Purchases, Re-Fi's, HELOCs, Reverse Mortgages, VA, FHA, and many other documents such as Grant Deeds, Quitclaim Deeds, Power of Attorney, Trusts, Certification of Trusts, and Medical Directives, to name a few.

I will travel to several cities in Riverside, San Diego and San Bernardino Counties. Call for an appointment anytime, as I can accept many assignments with minimal notification time. I have been a notary commissioned in the State of California for over 15 years. I am very familiar and knowledgeable of loan documents including but not limited to Purchases, Refinances, HELOCs, Deed in Lieus, Reverse Mortgages, and Land Contracts.

To date, I have successfully completed 2000+ error free signings. I have several years of witnessing and authenticating signatures, administering oaths, verifying signatures and taking affidavits.
Additionally, I am a Certified Signing Agent and am listed in the National Fidelity Notary Database. I am specially trained to handle and notarize loan documents. As a Notary Signing Agent, I ensure that real estate loan documents are executed by the borrower, notarized, and returned for processing on time. Completing this critical part of the loan process enables the loan to be funded.
