BIG NEWS: A federal district court has vacated the State Department's suspension of visa processing for nationals of 75 countries deemed to be at high risk of becoming a public charge, regardless of any individualized determination of whether the applicant is likely to become a public charge. The policy, and any refusals issued under it, are set aside. Tonga was on the 75 visa pause list.
