When your spouse files for a divorce and the ground for divorce is inappropriate marital conduct, you need to hire an attorney.

Tennessee Code Annotated § 36-4-101(11) identifies "cruel and inhuman treatment or conduct" (referred to in a Complaint for Divorce as "inappropriate marital conduct") by a spouse as a fault-based ground for divorce.
