Fort Collins, Colorado was a pretty special trip.
We had the opportunity to spend time with more than 100 agents from 22 states, plus an agent from Canada, all coming together to share ideas, learn best practices, and challenge ourselves to become better at what we do.
One thing this trip reinforced for me is that you can never stop learning. Our industry is always changing, and the systems, tools, and ways we serve our people have to evolve with it. We want to be students of the business so we can continue growing, improving, and most importantly, serving our clients better.
And yes, we had some fun along the way. We enjoyed some great food, explored the Rocky Mountains, played a little golf, and even caught a Rockies vs. Mariners game. Those experiences made the trip memorable, but the real value was the time spent learning, connecting, and bringing new ideas home to our team.
We’re always looking for ways to get better, not just for the sake of getting better, but because the people we serve deserve our best.
