So exciting!!!! We have a new vacation rental right next door to this home here at Callendar Lake!! Families could rent out both homes to have plenty of room for everyone!!!

Nice 2 bedroom cabin with 1 bath and a carport and fenced yard one block from the water of beautiful Callendar Lake. Experience life "unplugged" as you relax on the large front porch among the pretty trees, walk down to the boat ramp and wade in the water, or try your hand at catching a big catfish! There is a charcoal grill for cooking outside and a fire ring for relaxing by a bon fire at night. Satellite TV and WIFI provided. Full size relaxing living room with kitchen and dining room combined. Central Heat and Air and Washer and Dryer in the Laundry Room. King sized bed in master bedroom and queen in second bedroom It also has a twin sized rollaway bed .It is located about 4 miles from Historic Edom,Texas and is 35 to 40 minutes from trade days in Canton tx. And app. 20 min to Athens . The Callendar Lake Community has a Swimming area that is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. The lake has a public Covered fishing pier and a children's park with a fishing dock. It also has a boat ramp for guys that bring a boat. Quiet and peaceful environment. Beautiful lake with gated community. It is fully furnished and ready for you to come relax and unwind!!
