Attorney Adam VanHo is a Akron-based attorney representing individuals, families and small businesses with a variety of legal needs. A former prosecutor and Assistant Attorney General, Attorney VanHo focuses his practice on family law (divorce, dissolution, custody, support), criminal law (felonies, misdemeanors, OVI/DUI) and litigation (trials and appeals). He represents clients in courts through
out Ohio, including but not limited to Summit, Cuyahoga, Medina, Portage and Wayne counties. Attorney VanHo is licensed to practice before all state courts in Ohio; the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio; the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania; the United States Tax Court; the United States Fifth, Sixth, and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals; the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces; and the United States Supreme Court. Attorney VanHo is also one of only several hundred attorneys worldwide to be admitted to practice before the International Criminal Court. Attorney VanHo has been certified by the Ohio Supreme Court to handle capital cases at the trial and appellate court levels.
