We have very exciting news! After ten wonderful years, Williger Legal Group is closing it's office in Munroe Falls.

Attorney Marta Williger is winding down the business and starting a well earned retirement.

Attorney Kyla Williger, along with our paralegals Sara and Shelby, will be joining the firm of Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty (KWGD). They will be handling the Estate Planning & Elder Law Section of KWGD's Hudson Branch located at 5 E Main Street.

This new move will allow us to offer even more legal services to our community while allowing us to continue to provide the same specialized legal advice and excellent service to all of our senior clients and their families at our new home in Hudson.

Williger Legal Group LLC is considered an "essential business." We will remain open during the state shutdown. However for the safety of our staff and clients, we will be modifying our office practices.

Currently we are only offering phone conferences, or video conferences for our appointments.

For our document signings, we are currently delaying all but essential time sensitive signings. Those signings will be done by drive up service. We are working on getting the proper certifications to be able to notarize and witness our signings via video conference.

We will have our phone line open from 8:30-4:30 every day, but will be alternating which staff members are working from home, and who is in office. There will be no more than two employees in the office at any time. Therefore it may take longer than usual for us to return your call. Thank you for your patience during these difficult times. As always, we look forward to helping you through them.

Williger Legal Group values our clients safety and health. With COVID-19 concerns we are taking the following actions.

We will be open for normal business hours providing our full range of legal services including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, estate and guardian administration, and long term care planning.

We encourage our clients to take advantage of our phone conference options. If you choose to come in for a face to face meeting, we have doubled our normal disinfecting cleaning schedule.

As always, we have a zero fee cancellation policy. If you feel unwell, or need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you will always be able to for any reason.

Unfortunately, our normal ability for nursing home visits and home visits are currently suspended for the health of our clients.

They grow up so fast! Our office dog has been with us for one year now, and it's hard to believe how big he's grown. If you last did a will when your children were babies, it may be time to review and update it. Time and plans change quickly!
