Perform mobile and foot patrol of residential complexes enforcing their rules and regulations and all state law. Able to do a daily report for the client and have good communication skill. Need to have a current PERC card and meet all other state certification required. Need to know how to use a portable two-way radio. Must be able to walk a lot and go up and down stairs when needed. Must have good transportation.This is for part time work. Provide security for stores when close and provide security for special events when needed.
