Introducing POCONO SHARE-A-KITCHEN -- currently in the business planning & development stage.

There are dozens, if not more, of home-based food businesses in the Poconos.

Although they create wonderful products, in a safe and sanitary manner, due to Pennsylvania's restrictive regulations, almost all of them run the risk of legal enforcement action and penalties.

We are planning a fully-licensed & inspected commercial kitchen facility for these home-based businesses.

The Shared Kitchen will be approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture for the production of food products lawful for resale to consumers, retailers, and restaurants in Pennsylvania. Home chefs and bakers can increase their potential market several fold by coming out from the underground.
