As a born-here Charlestonian, I take great pride in sharing my city with people who are new to her charms. beautiful downtown lifestyle of art, architecture and socializing? That is where I come in! And that is where the research, education and fun begins. Raised here--but having moved four times--I understand the challenges, excitement and trepidation of the process. It is my job to share with you my knowledge of Charleston and her surrounding low country communities. Once I have done my job of opening your eyes to the breadth of the lifestyles you have to choose from, it will be your job to lay out in as much detail as you can manage, exactly what you are looking for in a home. As research editor for the statistical issue of a monthly business magazine I appreciate the use and value of statistics. As owner of Only The Best, Selections by Sarah, a gourmet food business and as district sales manager for a spice company I understand the sales process and appreciate the role of customer and sales person. A degree in Secondary Education in Social Studies from University of South Carolina explains my emphasis on explaining, showing and helping my clients learn about their options and my overwhelming desire to insure they are sufficiently educated to make the best possible choice for their new life in Charleston. And now to the fun. House hunting is fun. Meeting new people from all walks of life is a privilege.
