We get asked almost on a daily basis about the market and hear quite often about people that would like to move, but are concerned about the rates or home prices.

If you are in the market to buy a home - now is the time - the more you wait, the more you will continue to pay.
These graphics are for North Mount Pleasant(zip code 29466): The first graphic shows the median price of a home the last 3 years.
The second graphic shows the median price per square foot.
The final graphic shows that we are currently sitting at 1.5 months of inventory.
We will not see a buyers market until we have at least 7 months of inventory - so we are a long way from seeing that.
The market is definitely a bit slower than our COVID years that brought us multiple offers and site unseen offers.
