👉🏻 Make sure you apply for the 4% primary residence property tax rate if you have not already! Aim to have this done by mid- August, because tax bills come out in October and the County needs ample time to process your application.

Otherwise you’ll be billed for the 6% rate (for second home/investment property) and will be paying double to triple when you shouldn’t be 🫣
