Kenneth Inman grew up in Mount Pleasant, where he attended public schools and graduated from Wando High School. He graduated with honors from the College of Charleston with degrees in English and political science, and then received his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1998. Inman clerked for Judge Goolsby at the South Carolina Court of Appeals and Judge Carolyn C. Matthews at the South Carolina Administrative Law Court. After his clerkships, Mr. Inman served as Deputy General Counsel for the South Carolina Secretary of State before entering private practice in Columbia, SC. After returning to his hometown of Mount Pleasant in 2007, he founded the Law
Office of Kenneth S. Inman, Jr., specializing in creditors’ rights, collections, business contracts and business formations. Outside of the office, Mr. Inman has been a member of the Capital City Sertoma Club (Columbia, SC) where he was “Sertoman of the Year” for 2003. He is also active in the Episcopal Church, having been a member of Trinity Episcopal Cathedral (Columbia, SC), Grace Episcopal Church (Charleston, SC) and Christ Episcopal Church (Mount Pleasant, SC). He has served as a lay reader, chalice bearer, and Sunday school teacher. Inman resides in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina and enjoys political discussions, religious history, and spending time with his daughter, Emma Helen.
