Experience changes the conversation.

Phil Giese joins The Law Office of Peter David Brown with more than a decade of courtroom experience - including years spent prosecuting cases ranging from DUIs and felony DUIs to drug charges, domestic violence, armed robbery, burglary and murder.

A Clemson University graduate and 2012 graduate of the Charleston School of Law, Phil began his legal career as an Assistant Solicitor with the 1st Circuit Solicitor’s Office, serving in both Dorchester and Orangeburg counties. Over the course of his career, he has tried dozens of jury cases to verdict and was selected to assist with major public corruption investigations and Public Integrity Unit matters.

Now, Phil is bringing that experience to private practice as the head of our Criminal Defense Division.
