🤔In 2025, we advocated for clients at municipal hearings from Scarsdale to Cold Spring and completed zoning analyses for commercial and residential projects throughout the tr-state area. The applications included a wide variety of uses including country clubs, retail establishments, libraries, and fitness clubs.
