If we haven’t met face-to-face yet, I’m Anthony. And honestly, there has never been a better time to be in commercial real estate.

People often ask me what I actually do day-to-day. Yes, I negotiate commercial leases, source off market properties, and underwrite investments across Middle Tennessee. But at its core, my job is about so much more than just the transaction.

The Numbers: I am a data nerd at heart. I love diving deep into the pro formas, calculating the break-evens, and finding the hidden upside in a deal.

The Honesty: I don’t sugarcoat things. If a space is wrong for your brand or the numbers on a property don’t make sense, I will be the first one to tell you to walk away. Honesty is the only way I operate.

Proud to announce the closing of 5701 Robertson Avenue, now officially the new home of CreatiVets, a local nonprofit organization doing incredible work empowering veterans through art, music, and storytelling.

This deal was months in the makingβ€”we first went under contract in September 2024. Like many meaningful transactions, it came with complexity: title work, environmental diligence, and a full contractor evaluation. But together, we kept the deal alive and brought it to the finish line.

A huge thank you to CreatiVets for entrusting me with this projectβ€”and to Charles Hawkins Co., who represented the buyer with professionalism and collaboration throughout. Deals like this are only possible with the right team.
