People often ask me what I actually do day-to-day. Yes, I negotiate commercial leases, source off market properties, and underwrite investments across Middle Tennessee. But at its core, my job is about so much more than just the transaction.

The Connections: There is no better feeling than putting the puzzle pieces together, connecting the right tenant with the right landlord, or the right buyer with the exact right seller.
The Numbers: I am a data nerd at heart. I love diving deep into the pro formas, calculating the break-evens, and finding the hidden upside in a deal.
The Honesty: I donβt sugarcoat things. If a space is wrong for your brand or the numbers on a property donβt make sense, I will be the first one to tell you to walk away. Honesty is the only way I operate.
