Good Morning ☀️

Hope you all are doing well.

I am sincerely sorry if I have missed any of you in need of my services over the last week and a half.

Viral pneumonia made its way through our home and we have all been so very sick around here.

I swear it tried to take my son and myself out!

I pray that none of you guys get this virus. It was the gift that just kept on giving, and not the kind of gift you would like!

I am happy to announce that Ms Christin has recovered, and as always, I am available for all your notarization needs!

Hi all,
I am so sorry if I’ve missed any of you needing my services over the last week. My son contracted a viral pneumonia virus, and he has been very sick since Sept. 27th. We have been to the doctor and the hospital.
Unfortunately, I woke up in the early morning hours last Friday very very ill with the same virus. I think I am finally on the mend, but still very under the weather.
If you are in need of my services, please do not hesitate to reach out. I will try my best to be available to answer your call and find someone to help you.

Little Advice:

Never complete the notarization of the title of any vehicle, trailer, camper, etc., that you are selling until you have received payment.
Never sign any official transfer of any property without guarantee of payment.
Once that document is signed and stamped, it now belongs to the buyer listed, and if there are payment issues, it then becomes a possible battle for you, which you could quite possibly loose. 
Also, if you are the buyer of any of the aforementioned, do not walk away with a document that has not been signed by the seller in front of a notary and notarized.
If you do, your document is not a valid legal document and will also create a world of issues for you.
