Yesterday was a special one. šŸ¤ The Karpenkos officially closed on the sale of their first home ā€” and just last month, they closed on their new home with me, too!

Kalyn and I went to elementary school together, and our moms worked together at the school, so we spent many afternoons together growing up. To now be a part of such a big chapter in her and Kenā€™s lives feels like such a full-circle moment. Thereā€™s something really special about getting to help childhood friends navigate some of lifeā€™s biggest milestones. Iā€™m so thankful to Kalyn and Ken for trusting me to be part of both their home purchase and sale. It truly means more than they know!

Their home was only on the market for one weekend(3 days!), we had lots of interest and multiple offers before getting it under contract. It was so exciting to see everything come together for them!

And a big thank-you to Deidre Blackmon Rogers for stepping in last month and helping with those final steps while I was home welcoming our little one. ā¤ļø
