I’m always thankful when clients take the time to leave a review, but I’m especially grateful when I have the opportunity to represent a property that means something to my hometown. 🙌🏻

I felt truly honored to represent the historic Colmant House — a beautiful and unique piece of Pilot Mountain history. Helping my clients through the sale of this special property was an experience I’m incredibly thankful for.

And if you haven’t already heard, the story of the Colmant House is continuing in a pretty special way! 🤘🏻

The historic property is now being utilized as a VRBO vacation rental, known as The Pink Lady on Main. What was once a beloved local restaurant is now giving visitors the opportunity to stay right in the heart of downtown Pilot Mountain and experience a little piece of our town’s history for themselves.

I’m grateful to have played a small part in the next chapter of this wonderful property, and I’m even more grateful for clients who trust me to help them navigate these important moments.
