📣 Update 📣

We know we have been quiet the last few days. Do not confuse silence with surrender.

Erica has officially been on the run for 9 days and 23 hours.

We have cast the net far and wide. Facebook. TikTok. Reposts. Shares. Screenshots. Internet gumshoes. Neighborhood Watch meetings. At this point, we have gone fully multi-platform.

Which leads us to an unavoidable conclusion: Erica is not her real name. It is clearly an alias. No one disappears this cleanly unless they are operating under a false identity.

Today, we will be calling the Morris Township Police Department for an update on their report.

Tomorrow, we are recording a special video designed to reach an even wider audience. Consider it an escalation.

In the meantime, a moment of gratitude:

A huge THANK YOU to our fellow Bundt Hunters at CBIZ, specifically Susan Miano and Greg Kohr, who sent us a beautiful bundt cake to help fuel this Bundt Hunt Marathon. It was a powerful reminder of why this mission matters. No one should be deprived of the sweet, sacred deliciousness of a bundt cake. Not our legal team. Not this community. Not in THE United States of America.

We are reposting the “Wanted” poster. We are sharing the cake from CBIZ. We are sharing photographic evidence of Melissa Ruvolo, Esq. enjoying a slice, because justice tastes better with frosting.

As a reminder, Uber Eats DOES NOT CARE that their “top driver” stole an order from their customer. They laughed. They did not even care to see our surveillance videos clearly evidencing the crime. Their “solution” was to program our account so Erica is never assigned to our future deliveries. Well, THERE WILL BE NO FUTURE DELIVERIES, Uber Eats. And if you check our account, you will see how many thousands of dollars our stress eating between court appearances and client meetings will now cost you.

It’s also not about a cake. This was not the first time, or the second time, our assigned Uber Eats driver stole our order and our tip. This was just the first time WE HAD ENOUGH.

Today, it’s a birthday cake. But tomorrow it could be your grandmother’s groceries, your grandfather’s medical supplies, or your child’s Christmas presents. We all need to stop being complacent about Porch Piracy.

Good Morning . . . to everyone except the Crooked Cake Bandit, Erica.

To our fellow Bundt Hunters, Welcome Back. Your partnership is valued.

To anyone who is just joining us, welcome to the pursuit of justice. Please review our previous post for the full deets with corresponding exhibits and surveillance footage showing a delivery woman for Uber Eats (whom they have designated as their “top driver”) stealing a birthday cake our firm ordered from Nothing Bundt Cakes In Cedar Knolls, New Jersey.

To Erica, we hope the birthday cake you stole from us gave you cramping diarrhea, while wearing your light gray sweatpants, in your Uber Eats driving vehicle, without a restroom in sight.

It has been roughly 47 hours and 20 minutes since Erica stole our law firm's "Nothing Bundt Cakes" confetti-flavored masterpiece. She remains a fugitive at large.

If you recognize Erica, please turn her in immediately so she can get her just desserts. No questions asked. Even if you ate a slice.

REMEMBER: This time was a birthday cake intensely craved by a law office of 9 hangry adult females and 1 confused but patient adult male. Next time, it might be your family’s groceries or your children’s Christmas presents. ✋

🎂 'Twas the Case of the Stolen Birthday Cake: 🎂

Today we ordered a birthday cake to celebrate a milestone birthday for attorney Gabrielle Beeferman.

Unfortunately, our plans were unexpectedly derailed when our pilfering Uber Eats delivery driver, Erica, decided to STEAL THE BIRTHDAY CAKE after pretending to leave it in our building’s lobby (which, by the way, also disregarded our instructions to deliver the order to our actual office on the 3rd floor).

This is not the first time we have had our Uber Eats order stolen. Part of the problem is that Uber Eats has built a system that rewards bad actors. Through the app, they refund you only for the cost of the item, not the tip paid to the driver. To get the tip back, we had to call them, sit on hold for a half hour, and then talk to 2 different people. They make it almost impossible to reach a human being. Most people are simply too busy to fight this hard or even notice that the tip was not refunded to them.

Well, Family Focused Legal Solutions has had ENOUGH. Today it's a birthday cake, but tomorrow it could be a family's groceries or a child's Christmas presents.

EXHIBIT B: The photo Erica sent us to “confirm” that the order was left on the table in the downstairs lobby.

EXHIBIT C: Surveillance footage from our downstairs lobby showing Erica, after taking the fake delivery photo, looking around to see If anyone was watching before walking out with the cake. (Erica, GIRL, look up for a security camera, not down the hall for some overtired accountant who may or may not step off the elevator soon. Such a rookie mistake.)

EXHIBITS D and E: Surveillance footage of Erica walking back to her car with the stolen cake. (Again, looking back and forth for people instead of up for security cameras.)

The Morris Township Police are also working to identify her through street cameras.

Erica, you just stole a cake (and delivery tip) from a law firm consisting of 9 tired and hangry (some also perimenopausal) women and 1 very patient man, all of whom really really wanted that cake today. Even though we are exhausted and working our butts off for our clients, we still have a lot of fight in us.

If you are reading this, we offer you this famous quote from the Queen Vivian Ward in the 1990 cinematic masterpiece that was "Pretty Woman":
